Peak Family Eye Care officially opened March 27, 2003. The owner, Dr. James Jordan, O.D., worked in various practices in Colorado and decided to start his own private practice. Private practice has it's advantages over commercial practices so Dr. Jordan can truly offer independent and personalized care.

Originally from Texas, Dr. Jordan and his wife Lisa, also an optometrist, felt the Rocky Mountains were too hard to resist not seeing every day and moved here in 1999. You might hear a "foreign accent" if you listen closely in the exam room.
